You can bet they needed hazmat suits on even to film this close to the sites. Those places are pumping out some serious rads, and I don’t believe for a second that they *can’t* measure it or tell us how much.

This is why the USA uses containment domes. It’s obvious. Three Mile Island had the same explosion and doesn’t look like this.

@azis1100 THIS CLOWNS LOOK LIKE FROM THE SAME SCHOOL AS BP ENGINEERS……You need to remove the fricking fuel rods from the reactor ASSHOLES!!!

    HOW YOU? DO THAT?….SIMPLE!

GET A FEW UNNAMED VEHICLES AND ROBOTS TO REMOVE THEM ONE BY ONE AND PUT THEM IN PROPERLY DESIGNED TAKE-AWAY CONTAINERS

@banishedfromthisarea Yeah, except radiation mutations in humans tend to harm and not improve the original design. In fact, no improvement has ever been found in radiation mutated humans. That, and God didn’t invent any of the crazy nonsense we hurt one another and ourselves with. We do it to ourselves. God’s just a convenient scapegoat.

@Hyperindividualist: You really shouldn’t spend so much time indoors, in mortal fear of a radioactive particle with your name on it. It’s Spring out there, when a man’s fancy should turn to something other than Strontium and Corium; there’s Azalium and Forsythium in bloom. We’re all going to screw the pooch, so Cesium the Day!

@WambaShuffle Moreover, radiation is not “filtered” by the atmosphere, ocean, and weather. It is diluted, but that’s no comfort when all it takes is one stray particle in your lungs to kill you years from now. Radiation takes months, years, hundreds of years, thousands of years, and hundreds of thousands of years to break down depending on type.

@WambaShuffle The ten milx norm came from the Homer Simpsons & soulless Montgomery Burnses at TEPCO.If you’d been following this you wouldn’t have to ask such questions. Now the hopeless fucks say it’s “only” 100,000 x normal. How comforting.Radiation is now detected a mile out in the ocean. If you would read some news articles instead of babbling at me & trusting officials, you’d know all of this. Google dot news dot com search Fukushima. Learn something. I’m not your damned news baby sitter.

@WambaShuffle There is not much you can do against long term radiation leaking out of corium that certain officials absolutely REFUSE to bury. I don’t plan on consuming any dairy products for at least six months (strontium 90), and am eating food that contains natural iodine. That, and I avoid going outside as much as possible. I’ll probably die of cancer at a young age anyway, like the rest of you.

@HyperIndividualist ,,, We’re entering into the times that the Bible tells us so much about. It’s all coming true before our eye’s yet scoffers still scoff and fools still think they’re wise.

RADIATION IS GOOD FOR YOU! Drink and eat it up… Yeah, those containment vessels look fine to me. This planet is ran by GOLEMs or something and its a shame the masses are so stupid to trust our GOV. We are fucked and martial law is around the corner. 6 months I give it!

@one4technique To discount the moon landings, vividly illustrates how you and reality have parted company. Of course, you have every right to your opinion but, reason says you are in the minority.
